Sam's military career is distinguished by his roles as a Cyber Warfare Officer (17A) and an Electromagnetic Warfare Officer (17B) in the United States Army. His approach to leadership is hands-on and community-focused, often seen serving coffee himself and engaging directly with customers and community members.
In his role as Vice President, Sam works closely with CEO Jaylan Mobley to drive Coffee and Tap's strategic initiatives. He is particularly passionate about the organization's commitment to supporting veterans, drawing from his own military experience to create meaningful employment and support programs for former service members.
Sam's technical background also comes into play as he oversees the implementation of eco-friendly practices and innovative solutions to enhance Coffee and Tap's mobile operations. He is constantly looking for ways to improve the organization's efficiency and impact, whether it's through implementing new brewing techniques or finding creative ways to reduce the food truck's environmental footprint.
Beyond his role at Coffee and Tap, Sam remains active in veteran support networks and local community organizations. He frequently speaks at schools and community events about the importance of service, both in and out of uniform.
